Tunes Tuesday... A Themed Ensemble.

Okay.

So I owe everyone like 3 different blogposts (at least!) but I have been super busy and the ones that I want to write require time, and thought, and effort. None of which I have right now.

But after taking a few weeks break from Tunes Tuesday, it's back.



First up...

1. Don't Stop The Party (feat TJR)--Pitbull

So the song is really good. I love the beat. It makes you want to get up and dance as with almost all Pitbull songs. Its good dancing/clubbing music. However, warning on the music video. It's super duper racy. Like, it looks like it is a shoot for Playboy magazine or something. So keep your teenage boys off of this particular youtube video.

2. Locked Out of Heaven-Bruno Mars

I just love Bruno Mars. He can make vampires have sultury sound tracks and he can bring back dance/motowny music. This just sounds GOOD. And it reminds me of another song that I can't quite put my finger on.

3. Scream & Shout (ft. Britney Spears)-will.i.am

Secret confession: I love Britney Spears. I adore her. I have since my friend Candice and I danced to Hit Me Baby One More Time in our 5th grade talent show. Yes, there were plaid skirts. I pray there are no pictures. Anyways, Britney's back, and she looks good. And even though she's like 7 different kinds of crazy, she has talent. Mixed with will.i.am, it makes one heck of a song. It's Britney. And it makes you feel like dancing!


You guess the theme? That's right! Dancing songs with a good beat. It's great for moving around using some of that energy. And that's what I am doing to bring in 26. It feels GOOD!
